FALCON TURBOS Upgrade turbocharger for Peugeot Boxer / Citroen Jumper 2.2 HDI engines

This van was fitted with a Garrett GTB1749VK turbocharger from the factory, which in our opinion was undersized for this capable engine.
So we developed an upgraded turbocharger larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing and upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently.
We offer two versions of this turbocharger:

Billet (GTB1749VK) – Designed for daily driving with improved reliability and faster spool up. Would not require any mods or ECU tune.

49mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
 Brand new “HELLA” actuator
Upgraded bearings
 Step-gap high temperature oil seals
 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 180HP

STAGE2 (GTB1756VK) – Designed to maximise the engine potential and would require larger FMIC intercooler, upgraded exhaust system and custom ECU tune.

56mm  billet compressor wheel with extended tip
 Brand new “HELLA” actuator
Upgraded bearings
 Step-gap high temperature oil seals
 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 220+HP.
