The Falcon upgrade allows the N57 turbo to spool quickly while still delivering higher airflow at peak boost. Therefore, you get faster throttle response in daily driving and much stronger power when accelerating hard. In addition, boost remains stable across the entire RPM range, which improves drivability and consistency.
- Larger 62mm Lightweight billet compressor wheel
- GT23 lightweight high flow shaft wheel.
- Brand new “HELLA” actuator
- New exhaust housing
- Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
- 360° triple feed thrust bearing
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals
- Balanced on ”TurboTechnics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 180,000 rpm
- Flow tested and set to 15% more exhaust gas flow for lag reduction and smoother boost.
To achieve best results and optimal boost, You would need:
- Bigger, front mount intercooler.
- EGR blank / delete
- DPF delete or full stainless exhaust system
- Custom ECU tune
