This turbocharger is sold on exchange basis, so we would need your old turbocharger back.
We require deposit of £500 which is fully refundable once we get your old turbo.
Alternatively you can send your turbos first and then we will dispatch upgrade turbos same day.

Plug & Play upgraded turbochargers for BMW F SERIES 535d, xd 740d, X5 4.0 dx E70 , X6 4.0 dx E71 Xdrive M Sport vehicles with N57D30B & N57D30TOP engines.
These X5 40d upgrade turbos increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG and less emissions.
This turbocharger upgrade system will perform with stock intercooler and DPF capable and make 440bhp and with supporting mods – 500bhp. Please contact us for full mods required to reach this power.
This sale includes both high and low pressure turbochargers.

  • Lightweight 79mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
  • Larger 9 blade high-flow shaft wheel. [Original shaft wheel weight 285g, our larger 9 blade high flow shaft weight 230g.]
  • Precisely CNC machined compressor housing & seal plate
  • Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
  • 360° bronze thrust bearing
  • Step-gap high temperature oil seals
  • Balanced on ”Turbo-Technics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 120,000 rpm

To achieve best results and optimal boost, You would need:

  •  Bigger, front mount intercooler.
  •  EGR delete kit
  •  DPF delete or stainless steel exhaust
  •  STAGE 3 ECU tune
  • POWER OUTPUT WITH STANDARD FUELING SYSTEM: 475bhp , WITH FUEL PUMP, INJECTOR AND FUEL RAIL UPGRADES: 480bhp +

Other essential requirements while fitting STAGE 3 Falcon upgrade turbo:

  • New high-quality oil and oil filter.
  • Brand new oil feed pipe from dealers.
  • Turbocharger fitting kit [provided with this turbo]

All work has to be carried by professional garage or qualified technician.
