This engine was fitted with a Garrett GTB1749VK turbocharger from the factory, which in our opinion was undersized for this capable engine.
So we developed an upgraded turbocharger larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing and upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.

You can now choose 3 different stages of this upgrade turbocharger

Billet (GTB1749VK) – Designed for daily driving with improved reliability and faster spool up. Would not require any mods or ECU tune.

Rated for 170HP

STAGE1 (GTB1752VK) – Designed for daily driving. +3mm larger multiblade compressor wheel allows more air into the engine resulting in faster and more prominent boost. Would require ECU tune

52mm  billet compressor wheel with extended tip
 Brand new “HELLA” actuator
Upgraded bearings
 Step-gap high temperature oil seals
 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 200HP.

STAGE2 (GTB1756VK) – Designed for performance. +6mm larger compressor wheel produces increased torque and boost levels which optimise this engine capabilities. Would require Custom ECU tune larger intercooler and custom exhaust. Not recommended for road use

56mm  billet compressor wheel with extended tip
 Brand new “HELLA” actuator

 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 220HP. 

Essential requirements while fitting  Falcon upgrade turbo:

• New high-quality oil and oil filter.
• Brand new oil feed pipe from dealers.
• Turbocharger fitting kit [provided with this turbo]
• All work has to be carried by professional garage or qualified technician.
