Ford Ranger Transit 2.2TDCi 854800 Upgrade turbo

FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play upgrade Garrett GTB1749VK 787556 854800 turbocharger for Ford Ranger / Transit RWD EURO5  2.2 TDCi engine

This engine was fitted with a Garrett GTB1749VK turbocharger from the factory, which in our opinion was undersized for this capable engine.
So we developed an upgraded turbocharger larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing and upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.

GTB1749VK (billet) – Standard size turbocharger with upgraded bearings & seals and billet compressor wheel. Perfect alternative to a stock failed turbo.

STAGE1 GTB1752VK (Efficiency) – Fitted with larger (52mm) 9 blade billet compressor wheel for faster spool up and punchier mid-range revs.

STAGE2 GTB1756VK (Performance) – Fitted with (56mm) 6+6 blade billet compressor wheel and oversized shaft wheel for maximum performance throughout the boost range.

• New high-quality oil and oil filter.
• Brand new oil feed pipe from dealers.
• Turbocharger fitting kit [provided with this turbo]
• All work has to be carried by professional garage or qualified technician.
