FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play Land-Rover Discovery Defender 2.5TDI 300TDI turbocharger upgrade
This upgrade will increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.
STAGE 1 & 2 hybrids will pack a punch of boost without sacrificing spool up times and only requires diesel pump adjustment and bigger intercooler to achieve best results.
This upgrade turbocharger is assembled with new exhaust housing. You would need to remove and fit your original bull horns.
We can offer fully restored bull horns painted with 750C degree paint for £50 + VAT.
We offer 2 versions of this turbocharger:
STAGE1 T250-54 (Efficiency) – Designed for daily driving with improved bottom-end responsiveness, mid-range power and long term durability. Does not require any hardware modifications.
54mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
Upgraded bearing system with 360° thrust bearing
Upgraded adjustable pressure actuator with new pressure line (18Psi spring fitted)
New exhaust housing
EGR blanking plate fitted
Step-gap high temperature oil seals
Balanced on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 170+HP
STAGE2 T250-56 (Performance) – Designed for daily driving with improved boost through full range. Would require fuel pump adjustment and larger intercooler for best results.
