FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play upgrade turbocharger super core CHRA for Land Rover Defender / Discovery / Range-Rover 300TDI engines
Our own developed an upgraded turbocharger super core with larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing, upgraded bearing system and 18PSI billet actuator to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.
This super core will pack a punch of boost without sacrificing spool up times and only requires diesel pump adjustment and bigger intercooler to achieve best results
Land-Rover Defender / Discovery I 2.5 TDI 300TDI 452055 upgrade turbocharger Super core consists of
- STAGE2- Larger Lightweight 42/56mm billet wheel
- CNC machined compressor housing
- Upgraded adjustable pressure actuator with new pressure lines ( Fitted with 18Psi spring )
- Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
- 360° bronze thrust bearings
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals on exhaust and compressor side
- Balanced on ”TurboTechnics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 180,000 rpm
- POWER RATING: ~ 200bhp
To achieve best results and optimal boost, You would need:
- Bigger, front mount intercooler.
- Fuel pump adjustment
Other essential requirements while fitting Falcon upgrade turbo:
- New high-quality oil and oil filter.
- Brand new oil feed pipe from dealers or aftermarket braided lines.
