FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play upgraded turbocharger with larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing & exhaust, upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently.
This is the largest turbo you can have on original manifold and would outperform any 2.0TDI conversion.
- Larger 54mm Lightweight billet compressor wheel
- GT14 high flow shaft
- CNC machined compressor cover and exhaust
- Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals
- Balanced on ”TurboTechnics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 180,000 rpm
- Flow tested and set to 15% more exhaust gas flow for lag reduction and smoother boost.
In order to run our STAGE 3 hybrid turbocharger smoothly you would need certain mods to achieve best results and avoid any engine or turbocharger damage
To achieve best results and optimal boost and HP figures, You would need:
- Bigger, front mount intercooler.
- EGR & DPF delete
- Stage 1 or 2 remap
Other essential requirements while fitting STAGE 3 Falcon hybrid turbo:
- New high quality oil and oil filter
- New oil feed pipe
- New gasket kit ( Provided with this turbo )
All work has to be carried by professional garage or qualified technician.
