- Precisely CNC machined compressor housing & sealplate
- Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
- 360° bronze thrust bearing
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals
- Balanced on ”TurboTechnics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 120,000 rpm
To achieve best results and optimal boost, You would need:
- Bigger, front mount intercooler.
- EGR delete kit
- DPF delete or stainless steel exhaust
- STAGE 2 ECU tune [ GKR PERFORMANCE is highly recommended ]
Other essential requirements while fitting STAGE 3 Falcon upgrade turbo:
- New high-quality oil and oil filter.
- Brand new oil feed pipe from dealers.
- Turbocharger fitting kit [provided with this turbo]
All work has to be carried by professional garage or qualified technician.

Please find attached the printout in PDF from your stage 3 turbos. I have ran out of fuel before I have ran out of turbo with every time, I have tuned on them. 3 bar or more is easily achievable without even trying! 🙂
