About Falcon Turbo Developments
Founded in 2016, Falcon Turbo Developments Ltd was built on years of experience in engineering, CNC precision work, and turbocharger remanufacturing.
With our own proprietary performance components, we build turbochargers that are stronger, more efficient, and more reliable than OEM units. Our upgraded bearing systems, lightweight billet compressor wheels, and high-flow shafts deliver better lubrication, quicker spool, and greater power.
Using advanced CNC machining, our skilled engineers can increase turbo size and flow without altering external dimensions, ensuring a perfect OEM fit every time.
Driven by passion for motorsport and engineering, our team collaborates with leading UK tuners to develop and refine high-performance turbochargers for BMW, Mercedes, Ford, and more. We’ve also expanded into industrial turbo repair, servicing plant machinery, diesel generators, and marine applications.
