Falcon Turbo Developments LTD was founded in 2016 after years of experience in engineering, CNC turning and turbocharger rebuild.
We started our business by providing local garages with reliable turbocharger repair, fast turnaround and after sales care.
Taking feedback from our customers we were able to improve our processes, quality and variety of our products while maintaining fast turnaround times.
As a result of our own proprietary parts we have developed, our turbochargers are stronger and more reliable than the standard OEM turbochargers.
Using upgraded bearing systems for better lubrication and lightweight billet wheels and high flow shafts for better flow we can improve the performance of any standard turbocharger.
Our highly skilled operators using CNC machinery are able to increase the size of any turbocharger without changing external dimensions or shape for original fitment.
Our team consists of young and experienced individuals who are passionate about motorsport and engineering. We create a working environment where innovation and ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
We also understand the importance of giving back, so we support local charities and donate 1% of our sales to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, so by purchasing our products you actively supporting this worthy cause.
We had significant success with our BMW MERCEDES FORD performance turbochargers and were recognized by many well respected car tuners in the UK, working closely to improve existing and design new performance turbochargers.
We have expanded our expertise into industrial turbocharger repair, now able to service and rebuild plant machinery, diesel generators, boats etc.
Our value to the industry was recognized by Sheffield city council and now we are proud owners of MADE IN SHEFFIELD ® trademark.
