Customs charges in your country: –
You may be liable for import duties if your delivery address is outside the UK. They may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country and are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Individual country customs policies vary. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs inspections may also apply to international shipments.
After your order has been accepted, we will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a delay with your order.
UK shipping usually arrives the next day, but please allow two to three days. You should receive an email from our carrier with tracking information once your order is being prepared for shipping if you provided us with an email address.
If you are aware of any order shortages or carrier damage, please notify our customer service department as soon as possible. We may not be able to help process your claim if more than five days have elapsed.

All returns must be packaged well, accompanied by a picture of the package and your name, address, order reference, as well as the reason for return. We cannot be responsible for damaged or undeliverable parcels. We will not be able to accept the return request in this case. Keep your proof of postage in case your carrier needs to make a claim.
