BMW 220D X1 MINI 2.0D turbocharger upgrade

FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play upgrade turbocharger Garrett GTD1752VRK 819977  for BMW 220D, X1 2.0D, Mini Cooper 2.0D B47 engines.

This engine was fitted with a Garrett GTD1752VRK turbocharger from the factory, which in our opinion was undersized for this capable engine.
So we developed an upgraded BMW MINI 2.0D B47 turbocharger with larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing and upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.

This turbocharger is sold outright, with no deposit required. Plus, we’ll give you £100 cashback when you send us your old turbocharger for upcycling. Get in touch if you’d like us to collect your old unit and issue your £100 refund.

We offer two versions of this turbocharger:

STAGE2 (Efficiency) – Designed for daily driving with improved bottom-end responsiveness, top end power and long term durability. Does not require any hardware modifications.

56mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip

 Step-gap high temperature oil seals
 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 270HP

STAGE3 (Performance) – Designed to maximise the engine potential and would require larger FMIC intercooler, upgraded exhaust system and custom ECU tune.

60mm  billet compressor wheel with extended tip
9-blade high flow shaft +3mm
 Brand new “HELLA” actuator
 Genuine Garrett Ball bearing system
 Step-gap high temperature oil seals
 Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Rated for 300+HP.
