This turbo is designed specifically for early B58 engines found in the M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i, and Z4 40i. Therefore, fitment is perfect with no modifications required. It is the ideal upgrade for drivers who want more boost, more torque, and faster acceleration.
At the core of this turbo is a custom billet compressor wheel. In addition, it features a high-flow Inconel turbine shaft and upgraded bearings. Together, these components allow the turbo to move far more air than the factory unit. As a result, boost comes on harder and stays stronger through the entire rev range.
Unlike many big-frame turbos, this B58 hybrid keeps the original exhaust housing. Because of this, it bolts directly to your engine like the stock turbo. You get faster spool, less lag, and factory-like drivability. At the same time, you gain a large increase in airflow and power.
Why Upgrade Your Gen 1 B58 Turbo?
The stock B58 turbo becomes a restriction once boost levels are raised. As power increases, exhaust backpressure and heat also rise. Because of this, performance quickly plateaus. However, this upgraded B58 hybrid turbo removes those limits.

STAGE2: Turbo upgrade featuring +6mm billet compressor wheel and high flow 9 blade shaft. Capable of 500/550bhp and designed for quick spool-up
STAGE3: Turbo upgrade featuring +8mm billet compressor wheel and +5mm high flow 9 blade shaft. Capable of 600/650bhp
