BMW F-series N57 Upgrade turbos

BMW 40d performance hybrid turbos were designed, engineered and tested at our workshop in Sheffield allowing us to fine tune this setup to the point where we feel they are the best performing units available.
These turbos are based on original Borg-Warner BV40 & K26 turbochargers, precisely machined with 4-axis CNC and assembled with larger billet compressor wheel and MAR-M246 high flow shaft. These turbochargers are very versatile and would work with just an ECU tune and no hardware mods, though would be restricted to around 440HP.
Maximum potential of this turbo set is 500+HP, but you would need additional modifications to reach this power.

High-Pressure (HP) Turbo Spec:

The HP turbo is responsible for boost response and high-pressure delivery.

Low-Pressure (LP) Turbo Spec:

Before changeover (2500RPM) the LP turbo provides mass airflow for the HP turbo.
After changeover the LP turbo takes on the high pressure delivery from the HP turbo.
