AIRTEC Motorsport Induction Kit for Ford Ranger 3.2 TDCi EURO 5/6 models

Designed to improve performance without changing the OEM factory look of the engine bay.

The AIRTEC induction kit utilises the factory air box set up by replacing the restrictive internal components to improve flow.

Manufactured by leading air filter supplier ITG, our reusable air filters feature of a galvanised mesh core for added strength under load. The three stage layered foam allows maximum performance from the air filter, which works differently to the paper or cotton alternatives that can be known to trap and retain particles on the outer layer.

Using the latest adhesive technologies to bond the foam layers, ITG filter assemblies are totally resistant to water, fumes, oils and fuels – including any exotic fuels used for racing.

The filter consists of the ITG Tri-Foam layered system:

1. Stainless-Steel Wire Mesh Core
   To avoid erosion, only the highest quality of steel is used.
2. Coarse Outer Layer
   Stops large pieces of dirt and foreign matter from penetrating further. Straightens air flow into subsequent layers.
3. Medium Grade Mid-Layer
   Serious filteration layer that traps most of the harmful dirt that leads to engine failure.
4. Fine Inner Layer.
   Extracts all the fine particles but still allows full air flow to the engine for maximum performance.

Pro Hoses Silicone Induction Hose

Designed to replace the plastic factory hose, the four-ply silicone hose has a larger internal diameter for increased flow. The smooth internals means no restrictions or loss in power and increased airspeed through the intake s whilst utilising the OEM PCV take-off location.
