FALCON TURBOS upgraded turbo based on genuine Garrett turbocharger, assembled using brand new ball bearing system, billet compressor wheel and inconel high flow shaft-wheel. Ultimate Plug & Play solution for Mercedes-Benz 350CDI 248/255/258/265bhp OM 642 LS engines for improved performance!
We offer two versions of this turbocharger:
STAGE2 (Efficiency) – Designed for daily driving with improved bottom-end responsiveness, top end power and long term durability. Does not require any hardware modifications and will work with STAGE 1 or ECO tune.
- 62mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
- GTB23 High-flow shaft
- Brand new “HELLA” actuator
- Genuine Garrett Ball bearing system
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals
- Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
- Rated for 350/360bhp
STAGE3 (Performance) – Design for motorsport applications for maximizing OM642LS engine potential. Largest turbo available on stock housings. Would require modifications to fuel, air & exhaust systems.
- 72mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
- GTB28 High-flow shaft
- Brand new “HELLA” actuator
- Genuine Garrett Ball bearing system
- Step-gap high temperature oil seals
- Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
- Rated for 420bhp. ( Could be pushed to 450bhp & 3bar of boost )
