FALCON TURBOS Plug & Play Garrett 760698 760699 upgrade turbocharger for VW Transporter T5 2.5 TDI BNZ BPC 131 / 174 bhp engines

This van was fitted with a Garrett GTB1749VK turbocharger from the factory, which in our opinion was undersized for this capable engine.
So we developed an upgraded turbocharger larger billet compressor wheel, CNC machined compressor housing and upgraded bearing system to increase the flow of clean air into the engine which not only boosts the torque, power and responsiveness of acceleration, but also burns fuel more efficiently allowing more MPG.

You can choose 3 different turbos depending on your needs bellow:

STAGE 1 GTB1752VK (Efficiency) – Turbocharger with upgraded bearings & seals and +3mm billet compressor wheel. Perfect alternative to a stock failed turbo.

Step-gap high temperature oil seals
Based on new turbo
Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
No hardware or software modifications are needed.
Rated to 200BHP

STAGE 2 GTB1756VK (Performance) – Turbocharger with upgraded bearings & seals and +7mm billet compressor wheel. Faster spool up and punchier mid-range revs.

56mm billet compressor wheel with extended tip
Upgraded bearing system with triple oil feed thrust
Step-gap high temperature oil seals
Based on new turbo
Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Larger intercooler and ECU tune recommended
Rated to 240BHP

STAGE3 GTB1860VK (Performance+) – Turbocharger with upgraded bearings & seals and +11mm billet compressor wheel & oversized shaft. Maximum performance throughout the boost range.

60mm  billet compressor wheel with extended tip
Oversized shaft wheel
Upgraded bearing system with triple oil feed thrust
Step-gap high temperature oil seals
Based on new turbo
Balanced and dynamically flow tested on CIMAT TURBO TEST EXPERT
Would require bigger intercooler & Custom ECU Tune
Rated to 280BHP+
