The Falcon Turbos performance BMW M57 3″ downpipe is one of the most advanced and best-constructed downpipes on the market today, engineered specifically for high-performance tuned BMW diesel vehicles.
Designed and tested on Falcon Turbos’ own development vehicle, this BMW M57N2 3″ downpipe delivers the ideal balance of performance, reliability, and noise control when fitted on 335d, 535d, X3 30sd, X5 35d, X6 35d models.
Maximum Performance with Smart Exhaust Design
This downpipe features:

3” diameter (76mm) – maximises exhaust flow straight off the turbo, optimised for the best balance of power and sound

2.75” outlet diameter (70mm) – optimised for the best balance of power and sound
Testing has shown that running exhaust systems larger than 3” after the downpipe offers no measurable performance gains, but significantly increases exhaust noise. This design gives you maximum power without unnecessary drone or harshness.
Built from Premium T304 Stainless Steel
The Falcon Turbos downpipe is manufactured from T304 stainless steel, offering:

It also includes a high-quality flex joint, allowing the exhaust system to move and flex with the engine without cracking or stressing other components.
Downpipe has the following connections:
The downpipe includes fittings for all factory sensors:
- One lambda sensor bung.
- Two threaded bungs for a temperature sensor.
- One pipe for the pressure sensor hose.
This makes it ideal for tuning high-boost and modified vehicles.
