Alfa Romeo Turbo Upgrades
Unlock the true potential of your Alfa Romeo with Falcon Turbos’ range of hybrid turbochargers and performance upgrades. Engineered specifically for drivers who demand more than stock limitations allow, our custom-built hybrid turbos deliver sharp throttle response, faster spool times, and sustained high-RPM power—all while maintaining direct OEM bolt-on fitment.
Whether you’re pushing a 2.0T Giulia or Stelvio on the track, tuning a MiTo or Giulietta 1.4 TB, or seeking maximum torque out of a 1.9 JTDm or 2.4 JTDm diesel engine, Falcon Turbos designs and remanufactures hybrid units built to withstand higher boost levels and rigorous driving conditions.
Precision Engineering & In-House Upgrades
Every Falcon Turbos hybrid unit is engineered using high-grade materials and precision CNC machining:
Lightweight Billet Compressor Wheels: Custom profile extended-tip billet wheels increase airflow and boost pressure efficiency without sacrificing low-end response.
High-Flow Mar-M246 Turbine Shafts: Cut-back or enlarged turbine wheels lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and drop backpressure for effortless top-end power.
Upgraded 360° Thrust Bearings: Heavy-duty reinforced bearing assemblies handle elevated boost pressures and high thermal loads far better than standard factory journal bearings.
VSR High-Speed Dynamic Balancing: Every core is balanced up to operating speeds on precision VSR equipment to guarantee ultimate reliability and smooth operation under load.
